In this article, we will show you a detailed procedure on how to register a trade license for a limited liability company (LLC). This process may seem complicated, but if you follow the steps below, you will handle it without any problems.

Step 1: Choosing the Form
The first step is to choose the correct form. We need to select the complete form intended for a new trade license for legal entities. This form contains all the necessary information and sections that we will need to fill out.

Step 2: Filling in Entrepreneur Details
In this part of the form, we will fill in the basic details about your entrepreneur. This includes the company name, which must include the suffix “LLC”. We also select the form of business, which will be “limited liability company”, and we add the company’s ID number. It is important to have this information accurate and complete, as any inaccuracies may cause problems during registration.

Step 3: Adding Trade Licenses
After filling in the basic details, it is necessary to add all the trade licenses that are listed in your founding deed and notarial deed. The most common free trade activities include activities such as manufacturing, trade, and services not listed in Annexes 1 to 4 of the Trade Licensing Act, which includes various household activities and construction work.

To add other types of trade licenses, such as craft or concession activities, click the “Add” button. For example, if we need to register a concession trade for freight transport, we select the relevant category and fill in all the required information, such as the type of transport and operating conditions.

Step 4: Filling in Details of the Statutory Body
The next step is to fill in the information about the company’s statutory body, which is the person who will act on behalf of the company. Typically, this is the company’s executive director. We fill in the name, the date of the function’s commencement (usually the date of registration in the commercial register), and the address of the executive director. It is important that all this information is correctly stated according to the founding deed.

Step 5: Adding Additional Information
In this section, we can add a responsible representative if needed. If your company has no branches or detached units, we can skip this part. Then we fill in additional information, such as a phone number, for possible contacts.

Step 6: Attachments and Their Review
Several attachments need to be added to the form, such as the notarial deed and the power of attorney. We also recommend attaching an extract from the commercial register. Make sure that all attachments do not exceed the maximum size of 10 MB. If some attachments exceed this size, reduce them.

Step 7: Submitting the Application
The last step is to review all the filled-in details and attachments. Once everything is in order, we can submit the application to the relevant trade licensing office and the tax office.
